We plan room clearances as part of your wider refurbishment timetable, making it easier for the next trade to take possession of each area.
From one room to multiple floors
A single guestroom may contain mattresses, bed bases, loose furniture, mirrors, soft furnishings and numerous smaller items. Across dozens of rooms, the volume and internal movements add up quickly.
We can discuss standardised room schedules, floor-by-floor collection points and a sequence that makes sense for your project.
- One-off room clearances
- Floor-by-floor refurbishment phases
- Multi-room FF&E removal
- Agreed handover points for subsequent trades
Working around an operating hotel
Where rooms remain occupied nearby, planning becomes especially important. Staff circulation, noise-sensitive periods, lifts, fire escape routes and service-yard access all need consideration.
We assess what is practical with your hotel operations team and agree a suitable method before making any guarantees about working hours or completion dates.
What to send for a quotation
A basic schedule listing how many rooms are being cleared and what is in a typical room is an excellent starting point. Photographs of a representative room, corridors, stairs and loading areas are also helpful.
If furniture has to be dismantled or transported to an alternative location rather than disposed of, please identify this in the enquiry.
Ready to discuss your project?
Send an inventory, representative photographs and your location so we can discuss the right approach.
